SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Representative at Huber works closely with our Client Sales Executives to close business and maximize profitability. The inside sales representative progresses sales opportunities for new and existing client business. The Inside Sales Representative will perform all responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Prepare quotes for proposals on Huber & Associates and third party products and services with input from client executives, systems engineers, and solution specialists
- Ensure configurations are validated and priced to include customer changes and special bids
- Work with the maintenance team to integrate applicable information into customer quotes
- Prepare and submit registration documentation for all hardware and software products
- Track time and investment to support incentives
- Troubleshoot license keys and entitlement issues
- Interface directly with clients to adjust quotes and move opportunity forward
- Manage opportunities and apply for applicable OEM and Distribution discounts
- Prepare leasing documentation
- Assist with contract and documentation review
- Understand all incentives and promotions and apply them to maximize profitability
- Use QuoteWerks and Connect Wise effectively
- Foster relationships with all vendors and distributors
- Understand vendor rules of engagement as they relate to reselling hardware, software and services
